Developed by 2DHD, Mental Hospital: Eastern Bloc is a 2012 horror survival escape game created using the Unity game engine. In this place, your goal is to survive and possibly find a way out while trying to fend off or avoid altogether any strange inhabitants that lurk in the shadows of the hospital. Despite the fact that you'll be armed with a gun, you won't be making much use of it or won't be able to use it properly. The game is pretty short and can be finished in a couple of minutes. This game is best played at night with the lights off and headphones on.

Despite being a small indie game, the game is pretty well received, and many players praised the game for being scary without relying too much on jump scares and scary enemy models. The game is available for both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows.
