Explore a distant planet and encounter all of its strange inhabitants in this ambitious open-world sandbox game - Planet Explorers! 

Developed by Pathea Games, Planet Explorers is a sci-fi sandbox adventure RPG set on a strange alien planet called Maria. The game uses OpenCL calculated voxel system that allows players to alter the terrain, create new objects, and vehicles, and place them anywhere. The game is set in the year 2287 when the colonists from Earth crash-landed on the Planet Maria due to an unknown entity. As a colonist, you must explore, gather, build, create, fight, survive, and ultimately conquer the land for your own as you fight against the natural hazards of the new planet, as well as its unforgiving creatures.

Although Planet Explorers started as a paid game with online multiplayer, the feature was removed in 2009, and the game became free to play on Steam. The developers also planned on releasing the game's source code to the public.
