How to Install and Play TOCA Race Driver 3 in Windows 11

WARNING. The game uses the infamous StarForce protection system that may break modern operating systems and brick your device. Install the game at your own risk. While there are ways to circumvent the StarForce protection system, we recommend installing a specific game version that does not require it. 

1. Download the recommended repack (ElAmigos Repack) from this page and unzip the file to any folder.
2. Download and install WinCDEmu or other similar apps that allow virtual drive mounting.
3. Run WinCDEmu-4.1.exe, and mount TOCA-Race-Driver-3_Win_EN-FR-ES-DE-IT-PL_ElAmigos-Repack.iso to a virtual drive.
4. Open the new drive and run setup.exe to install the game normally.
5. Once the installation is complete, you can head over to the game's folder and open rd3.exe to play.

This repack already has the No-CD patch and the v1.1 update installed, and is available in 6 languages (Dubbing/Audio): English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Polish. This version does not include the infamous StarForce DRM and is generally safer to install in all versions of Windows.
