Floating Sandbox is a free open-source game developed by Gabriele Giuseppini. The game was inspired by Ship Sandbox and was initially based on its source code until everything was rewritten - hence, creating an entirely new project. The game is essentially a particle system simulator designed to simulate rigid bodies with added thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and basic electro-technics. Generally, the game can be used to simulate any 2D rigid body under stress or other elements.

The game also features an integrated ShipBuilder tool where you can design and create your very own ship and watch how it fares against popular mega builds like the RMS Titanic and HMHS Britannic.
