Operate trains and go on various routes across Europe, Asia, and North America in this fun classic simulation game - Microsoft Train Simulator. Developed by Kuju Entertainment Ltd, Microsoft Train Simulator, abbreviated as MSTS, allows the player to operate trains with a mouse and keyboard and even features support for hardware accessories like Raildrivers. The game also gives the payers the ability to couple with wagons and operate them.

MSTS features six routes spanning four countries: Austria, Japan, the UK, and the USA. Four of the routes use standard 1,435mm Gauges while the other two use the smaller 1,067mm Gauges. The game is well received by train enthusiasts as it features a richly complex simulation including the variety of problems that accompany them. Although some games are more graphically impressive during the time of the game's release, MSTS showcases an impressive immersive simulation where the players can even "ride" the train behind the wheel and stick his/her head out of the cab or simply remain as a quiet passenger in one of the cars.
