Dope Wars is a turn-based strategy game for Windows, based on the 1984 DOS game, Drug Wars, by John E. Dell. In this game, you start off with $2,000 cash and $5,500 in debt. Your goal is to pay off the loan shark at the end of the month by dealing with illegal substances like cocaine, heroin, ecstasy, opium, crack, and weed. The game features simple trading mechanics where you must buy the goods at a low price at one location, and sell them at a higher price on another. Each journey takes a day, and you only have 31 days before the deadline.
