Europe is in chaos and it's your mission to keep it that way by being the most notorious group of mob in the area and destroying any opposing teams in Hooligans: Storm Over Europe.

Developed by DarXabre and released in 2002, Hooligans: Storm Over Europe is a violent strategy game about killing, maiming, and destroying the opposing hooligan teams. The game includes a documentary narrative about a former hooligan who changed leaf into a reporter. This reporter joined a local firm to see that the Dutch get the football cup through any means necessary - including injuring or killing the opposing teams. The units are divided into several classes with the Leader being the central member of the entire squad - and the only one that can use firearms and rally the men. The Rat acts like a scout with the ability to break into residential places without alerting the law. The backbone of the mob is the Hooligan which acts like a demolition expert and can be used to control the crowd. Other members include the Raver, the Biker, the Bulch, and some others.

Because it promotes violence, Hooligans: Storm Over Europe became one of the most controversial video games during its time.

How to Install Hooligans: Storm Over Europe on Windows 10/11

1. Download the ISO Version from this page and unzip the file to any folder.
2. Download and install WinCDEmu or other similar apps that allow virtual drive mounting.
3. Run WinCDEmu-4.1.exe, and mount FLT-HOOL.BIN to a new virtual CD drive. 
4. Open the virtual drive and install the game using setup.exe.
5. Follow the setup and install the game to a folder of your choice. Choose the FULL install type.
6. Once the installation is complete, head over to the "Crack" folder inside the virtual drive.
7. Copy the cracked hooligans.exe and paste it into the game's directory. Replacing the original file.
8. Right-click hooligans.exe to open its properties.
9. Under the "Compatibility" tab, set the game to run in compatibility mode for "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)".
10. Set the game to run as "Administrator", then press "Apply" and "OK" to close the window.
11. Now you can play the game using hooligans.exe without the virtual drive.

You can change the game's resolution and other advanced graphics settings using settings.exe found inside the game's directory folder.
