Take control of a team of mercenaries and join forces with the local militia to overthrow the ruthless monarch Deidranna in this tactical RPG - Jagged Alliance 2. Gather a ragtag band of rebels and liberate the tiny nation of Arulco.

Released back in 1999, Jagged Alliance 2 features a perfect blend of strategy, roleplaying, and tactical combat. The game features dozens of weapons, more than 150 individual game characters, realistic combat physics, some sci-fi technologies, and more than 10,000 professional voiced lines. The player can issue strategic orders using the map screen, and combat takes place in a different tactical screen where the player can issue individual direct commands to the mercenaries. With its wide array of customization, weapons, items, and armor, as well as its freedom of action and memorable characters, the game became commercially successful in that it was followed by two sequels and various mods, including a prequel titled Jagged Alliance: Flashback.
