This mod uses the game engine and mechanics of the base game but changes almost everything else including maps, units, items, lore, AI, and even voice acting. Dubbed to be one of the greatest mods for M&B Warband, Prophesy of Pendor features very deep lore and story-building, highly detailed armor, re-organized units, enhanced enemy AI, and so much more. As the title implies, this mod's story revolves around the prophecy of hope that tells a champion who comes from a distant shore to unite the lords of Pendor under a single Ruler. As the player, you will challenge this prophecy and realize it, or die trying. This mod also allows the player to customize his/her own town and castles and even create alliances to raise vast armies from minor factions.

How to Install Prophecy of Pendor

Prophesy of Pendor requires the base game Mount & Blade, or Mount & Blade: Warband to play. 

1. Download the Prophesy of Pendor v3.9.5.6 on this page.
2. Navigate your way to the Mount & Blade/ Mount & Blade Warband game folder.
3. Unzip the content inside the "Modules" folder in the game directory. e.g.("C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade Warband\Modules").
4. Open the game launcher.
5. On the "Current Module" Dropdown, select "Prophesy of Pendor", then press "Play Mount&Blade".
